Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar (3/4 c. honey = 1 c. sugar)
1/2 c. dry milk
1 Tbsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 pkg. yeast
3 eggs, beaten
4 1/2 to 5 c. white flour
Preparation

Combine water, sugar or honey, dry milk, salt and oil in pan. Heat to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
Stir together whole wheat flour and yeast in bowl.
Add warm liquid and beaten eggs.
Beat at low speed with electric mixer 1/2 minute.
Scrape sides and bottom.
Then beat high speed 3 minutes.
Stir in rest of flour to make a moderately soft dough.
Knead 5 minutes.
Place in greased bowl.
Let rise 1 1/2 hours, punch down.
Let rest 5 minutes.
Make into loaves or rolls.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
