Apricot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts
    salt
    pepper
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. Kraft barbecue sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves
    1 green pepper, cut into rings
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper; brown in oil.
    Drain off excess oil.
    Pour barbecue sauce over chicken.
    Cover; simmer 30 minutes, basting chicken with sauce occasionally.
    Add apricots and green pepper.
    Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
    Serves 6.
