Foolproof Pie Crust(Makes 5 Pie Shells) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. shortening (Crisco, not oil)
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Mix well together water, vinegar and egg.
    Cut shortening into flour.
    Add mixture of water, vinegar and egg; mix with fork. Make into 5 equal parts, like a hamburger patty.
    Wrap each separately and chill several hours or overnight.
    Freeze if any left over.
