Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag hash browns, slightly thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 stick margarine
salt and pepper
2 c. French fried onions or corn flakes, sauteed
Preparation

Melt butter in pan. Add hash browns. Sprinkle onions and cheese. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over hash browns. Sprinkle corn flakes or French fried onions.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or longer.
