Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. frozen yellow corn
4 well beaten eggs
1/2 C. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
Pinch salt
1 pint Half & Half cream
Diced zucchini squash
Diced yellow summer squash
Sliced mushrooms
Diced onions
Diced green/red peppers
1 can diced tomatoes
Preparation

Melt enough margarine in pan to keep it all from sticking to the bottom. I sprinkle parsley flakes and black pepper in there too. Sometimes I add white shoepeg corn or a little Mrs. Dash seasoning. You can switch and change as you please with this one.
