3 oz. self-rising corn meal
2 Tbsp. lo-cal mayonnaise
3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Spray 6 muffin cups with Pam.
Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients and divide equally into muffin cups.
Bake 20 minutes.
