Crabmeat Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lump crabmeat
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. Sauterne wine
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. powdered sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation

When cream cheese is room temperature, add all ingredients and mix well.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
This may be served in chafing dish.
