Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    4 carrots, shredded
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk (this is the sweetened condensed milk)
    1 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
Preparation
    Cook macaroni.
    Drain and cool.
    Add vegetables and mix well. Combine milk, vinegar, sugar and Miracle Whip.
    Add these ingredients to macaroni mixture.
    Mix thoroughly and chill at least 4 hours before serving.
    Makes 10 portions.
