Sausage-Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, seasoned, hot
1 to 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated, sharp
3 c. Bisquick or any biscuit mix
Preparation

Blend ingredients.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0, until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
Drain.
