Sourdough Bread Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. instant potato flakes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, making sure sugar is dissolved. Pour into a quart jar with holes punched in the lid.
    Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours.
    Starter is now ready to use.
