Grasshopper Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 cream filled chocolate cookies, finely crushed
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. milk
    few drops peppermint extract
    1 (7 oz.) jar Kraft Marshmallow Creme
    2 c. heavy cream, whipped
    green food coloring (few drops)
Preparation
    Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter.
    Press into 9-inch spring-form pan, reserving 1/2 cup of mixture for topping. Gradually add milk, extract and food coloring to Kraft Marshmallow Creme, mixing until well blended.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Pour into pan.
    Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
    Freeze.
    If desired, substitute 1/4 cup green creme de menthe for milk.
    (Omit peppermint extract and coloring.)
