Quiche For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans diced green chilies
    20 ounces Monterrey Jack or Muenster cheese, Diced
    8 eggs, beaten
    12 crackers, crushed
    1 cup sour half and half
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Bake in a 9 X 13 pan for 50 - 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
