Vegetable-Cheese Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. breadcrumbs (seasoned, if you like)
    1 egg
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients with hands; form into a rectangle on waxed paper.
    (Rectangle should be the length of a loaf pan.) Place Cheddar cheese, onion and pepper in center of meat; roll sides up into a loaf and seal the ends.
    Place in loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
