Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch cooked pie shell
4 c. fresh strawberries
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Combine in saucepan the water, sugar and cornstarch.
Cook over medium heat until it boils.
Boil 2 minutes, until thick and clear.
Add 1 package of strawberry Jell-O (dry).
Stir well until Jell-O is dissolved.
Pour over berries while hot.
Chill.
