Aunt Evelyn Kear'S Sugar Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 stick melted butter
    2 egg yolks
    1 whole egg
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Add egg yolks and egg.
    Mix , then add milk and vanilla.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 or 20 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 350\u00b0 and bake until set.
