Zesty Italian Mini Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. Quaker oats (uncooked)
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 egg
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced black olives
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine ground beef, oats, 1/4 cup tomato sauce, egg, 1/4 cup sliced olives, 1 teaspoon onion and Italian seasoning; mix well.
    Shape into four loaves; place in 8 or 9-inch baking dish.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
    Drain off any fat.
    Combine remaining ingredients except cheese; heat.
    Spoon sauce over meat loaves; sprinkle with cheese.
    Return to oven to melt cheese. Serves 4.
