Pound Cake(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. butter flavor
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cream together margarine and sugar. Add to it 1 egg and beat, then 1 egg white at a time; beat.
    Add flavorings.
    Beat.
    Add flour and baking powder and stir into batter with the buttermilk. Grease pound cake form and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
