Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 medium size squash (any variety or mix)
    1/2 bell pepper, diced
    1 medium size onion
    1/2 c. cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash, pepper and onion; drain.
    Mash.
    Mix with egg, milk and seasoning.
    Put into greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, then sprinkle top with cheese and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
