Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. brisket
    3 oz. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and pour over brisket in a glass baking pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, covered with foil, in marinade at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
