Chicken And Rice Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pieces chicken, cooked
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper or celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 2/3 c. rice, uncooked or 4 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Boil chicken pieces.
    When tender, drain and debone.
    Boil rice in chicken broth. Saute onion, green pepper or celery in butter in skillet. When chicken is tender and boiled down, add chicken and remaining ingredients.
