Authentic Italian Wedding Sweets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs
    3 lb. plain flour
    4 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco, melted or oil
    4 tsp. anise extract
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add eggs one at a time and beat them in. Add melted Crisco and anise flavoring.
    Form by hand into shapes, i.e., finger sized rolls, etc.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until light brown. Cool only slightly.
