Pinto Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lb. beans
    4 lb. salt meat
    12 onions
    20 cloves garlic
    4 bell peppers
    1/2 can dry mustard
    1 small can chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil beans on slow fire until tender.
    Fry meat; remove from heat.
    Fry onions, garlic and bell peppers until medium brown. Add meat and seasoning to beans.
    Stir well.
    Add rest of ingredients; cook 4 to 5 hours, or until beans begin to break up.
