Oven Fried Pecan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. ground pecans
    1 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 (3 lb.) fryer
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Melt oleo in 13 x 9-inch dish. Dredge chicken in pecan mixture.
    Place chicken in oleo.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken, cover and bake 30 minutes more.
