Coleslaw 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded cabbage
    3/4 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (8 oz.) carton fat-free yogurt
    3 pkg. Sweet One sweetener
Preparation
    Combine cabbage and carrots.
    Add drained pineapple, reserving juice.
    Make dressing by adding sweetener and small amount of pineapple juice to the yogurt to suit your taste.
    Add yogurt mixture to slaw, combining well and refrigerate before serving. Yields 6 servings.
