Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. diced onion
1 can tomato soup
1 c. water
1 can kidney beans (No. 2 1/2 can)
2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Brown beef; add salt, pepper and onion.
Cook until beef is done, then add beans, soup and water.
Add chili and vinegar, cook about 15 minutes.
You may add more chili powder.
