Frozen Cake Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until light and lemon colored.
    Slowly add sugar, beating until creamy.
    Add flavoring, beat.
    Mix flour and baking powder together and gradually add to sugar mixture.
    Beat only until smooth.
    Whip egg whites with salt until stiff but not dry.
    Fold in flour.
    Spread dough evenly in a heavy greased jelly roll pan lined with greased freezer paper.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until top springs back when touched.
    Loosen and invert on clean towel sprinkled with powdered sugar, then roll like jelly roll leaving in towel as rolled until cool.
    Unroll and fill with Baker's Icing and freeze.
