Taco Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    6 c. water (cold)
Preparation
    Mix until smooth and bake on hot griddle (like pancakes). Stack on plate until ready to use.
    Heat 2-inches of oil in skillet and fry shells until golden brown.
    Fill with meat, cheese, lettuce, salsa, etc.
    Better than the ones you buy.
