Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. squash
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    2 medium onions, chopped fine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing (bread crumbs)
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Melt margarine and add stuffing mix and put about 3/4 stuffing mix into 2-quart pan.
    Cook squash until tender (steam).
    Mix squash with sour cream, onions, soup and water chestnuts.
    Layer squash mixture on top of stuffing.
    Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
