Oven Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 c. unsalted popped corn
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until bubbles form around edge of pan.
    Cook 5 minutes more, then remove from heat; stir in baking soda until mixture is foamy.
    Arrange popcorn in 2 (9 x 13-inch) pans.
    Pour half the sauce over each pan.
    Stir so that corn is covered evenly.
    Bake for 1/2 to 1 hour at 200\u00b0.
    Stir evenly for 20 minutes; let cool.
    Store in tightly covered container.
