Spicy Grilled Turkey Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    2 1/2 tsp. tarragon vinegar
    1 (5 1/2 to 6 lb.) turkey breast, skinned and deboned
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    1/8 tsp. sweet red pepper flakes
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients;
    stir well.
    Brush mixture evenly over
    both sides of turkey breast; place
    in
    a
    large shallow dish.
    Cover and chill at least 1
    hour.
    Saute
    onion in oil in a saucepan until tender.
    Stir in water and remaining ingredients; simmer 20 minutes.\tSet aside.
