Ham And Broccoli Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. + 1 1/2 tsp. corn oil margarine, divided
    3 Tbsp. unbleached all-purpose flour
    1 c. nonfat milk
    1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
    1/2 lb. lean ham, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    1 garlic clove, minced or pressed
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli florets, thawed
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, melt 1 1/2 teaspoons margarine over medium heat.
    Whisk in flour and whisk continuously for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in the milk and stir constantly until thickened, about 10 minutes.
    Stir in cheese and pepper.
    When cheese is melted, add sour cream and mix well.
    Set aside.
