Crock-Pot Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. applesauce or cooked apples
    1 c. or 1/2 c. cider vinegar
    5 c. sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Stir all together.
    Turn pot on high.
    Cook 4 hours with lid on.
    Remove lid and stir occasionally the first 4 hours.
    Cook another 4 hours without the lid on.
    Makes 6 to 7 pints.
