Ingredients

2 eggs (separate whites)
6 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 baked pie crust
Preparation

Beat egg whites.
Add a little sugar and lemon; brown in the oven.
Cook all ingredients until thick.
Pour into baked crust. Add egg whites and brown.
