Cumin Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. bacon grease
    1 c. uncooked white rice
    2 cans consomme beef broth
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cumin seed
Preparation
    In skillet, over medium heat, saute onion, green pepper and rice in bacon grease.
    When onion is transparent and golden brown, stir in everything else.
    Cover with a tight fitting lid.
    Turn heat to simmer and cook 20 minutes.
