Sherried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and halved
    1/4 c. cream sherry
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. seedless grapes, halved
Preparation
    Pour sherry over chicken and marinate at room temperature 1/2 hour, turning once or twice.
    Drain, reserving marinade.
    Pat dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cook in margarine about 4 minutes on each side or until tender.
