Garden Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. onion powder
3/4 c. low-fat mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. black pepper
3 Tbsp. milk
6 c. fresh garden vegetables such as celery, carrots, cucumbers, onions, red and green peppers, zucchini, lettuce leaves; all washed and dried
1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken breast
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients together until well blended.
Toss vegetables in large bowl with dressing mixture.
Arrange lettuce leaves on platter.
Place vegetable mixture on top of lettuce leaves.
Arrange chicken on top of salad ingredients.
