Pineapple Baked Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 slice bread
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 medium can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. ketchup
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. bell pepper, sliced thin
Preparation

Save pineapple juice.
Soak bread in water; combine beef, salt, onion, black pepper and bread.
Shape into balls.
Cook in shallow pan at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes; drain meat balls.
Spread drained pineapple chunks and thinly sliced bell pepper over meat balls. Combine brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar and syrup from pineapple and pour over meat balls.
Bake another 15 minutes.
