Percolator Wassail - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 gal. apple cider
2 oranges (peel and all) cut in wedges
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. whole allspice
2 tsp. whole cloves
1 c. brown sugar

Preparation

Put 1 gallon apple cider in the bottom of a 30 cup percolator. Into the basket put the cut up orange, cinnamon, whole allspice, cloves and brown sugar.
Percolate just as you would coffee. Great with doughnuts or Christmas cookies.
