Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 lb. round steak
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 sliced onions
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine
flour,
salt
and
pepper.
Beat into sides of steak. Cut steak into equal parts. Brown on each side
in oil. Place onions on top of meat.
Mix remaining ingredients.\tPour over steak. Cover
and simmer slowly 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until tender.
