Ham Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cured ground ham
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix ham, pork, bread crumbs, eggs and milk.
    Shape into meat balls.
    Combine brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and water; bring to a boil.
    Pour sauce over ham balls in pan.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    Makes 12 servings.
