Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. Philly cream cheese
    1/4 tsp. flavoring (wintergreen or peppermint)
    1 2/3 c. powdered sugar
    2 drops desired coloring
    granulated sugar
Preparation
    Mash the cheese.
    Add flavoring and coloring.
    Mix in powdered sugar.
    Knead with hands until mixed.
    Roll into marble size balls and dip into granulated sugar.
    Press into molds, sugar side up, and unmold onto wax paper.
    Makes about 50 mints.
