Ingredients

2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. marjoram
1 Tbsp. thyme
2 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 Tbsp. celery salt
1 Tbsp. ginger
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sage
1 Tbsp. paprika

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl until evenly distributed.
Spoon mixture into a small airtight container. Label.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Use within 6 months.
Makes about 1/2 cup of Chicken Coating Mix.
