Chicken And Stuffing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 to 4 lb.) chicken (broiler or fryer)
    1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 soup can milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
    1 1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Simmer chicken in water to cover until tender; cool, bone and cube.
    Reserve 1 cup stock.
    Combine chicken soup and milk. Spread in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with stuffing mix.
    Melt margarine in stock and pour over chicken mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
