Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, without crusts
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    butter or margarine
    1/2 c. sharp cheese
    2 c. half and half
Preparation
    Spread bread with butter.
    Place in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish
    and
    set aside.
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Spread over bread slices.
    Sprinkle\tcheese\tover
    sausage.\tCombine remainder of ingredients
    and
    mix
    well; pour over bread and sausage.
    Cover and chill overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0
    for
    45 minutes or until set.
    Great for Christmas or New Year's morning!
