Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cauliflower
    1 1/2 c. broccoli
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 c. carrots, cut into julienne
    1/2 c. pitted olives
    1 tsp. mustard
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Bring large saucepan of water to boil.
    Add vegetables and boil 1 minute.
    Drain.
    Place in large bowl.
    Add olives.
    In small bowl, combine next ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour over vegetables; stir to coat.
    Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. (Good overnight even.)
