Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1/4 c. rice
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. tomato sauce
    chopped bell pepper (optional)
    salt and pepper
    ketchup
Preparation
    Mix meat, rice, onion, salt and pepper.
    Add enough ketchup to make mixture stick.
    Make into balls the size of walnuts.
    Place in baking dish and pour tomato sauce over meat.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
