Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter
2 lb. cottage cheese
4 eggs
2 tsp. flour
1 large can Pet milk
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix together graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon.
Add melted butter and mix well.
Place crumb mixture in a well-greased deep cake pan.
Using back of a large spoon, press crumb mixture against bottom and sides to form a shell.
Force cottage cheese through a strainer.
Beat eggs; add cheese, remaining sugar, flour, milk, lemon juice and nutmeg.
Stir until well blended. Turn mixture into the shell and bake in a slow oven at 325\u00b0
for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cake cool in pan.
