Rocky Road Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    3 Tbsp. milk, scalded
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Combine butter, sugar, milk and vanilla in bowl.
    Add egg; beat until well blended.
    Add chocolate; mix well.
    Stir in nuts and marshmallows.
    Makes enough frosting for 2 layers.
