Tomato And Mozzarella Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium tomatoes, sliced
    2 oz. part skim Mozzarella cheese, sliced thinly
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/4 tsp. basil, crushed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
    On serving platter, arrange tomatoes, cheese and onions in overlapping layers.
    In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over salad.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Makes 4 servings.
