Taco Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. hot peppers
    2 c. bell peppers
    2 c. onions
    4 c. tomatoes
    4 cloves garlic
    4 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 1/4 c. vinegar
    1 1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mince peppers (run through a grinder).
    Cut up onion and tomatoes.
    Mince garlic.
    Add rest of the ingredients.
    Boil about 1 hour.
    Put in pint jar and water bath 10 minutes.
